When i asked him about Binci reeds he laughed and told me that you’re just paying for a name and that it doesn’t guarantee quality. He explained that Super Durall reeds were sometimes even better quality and the difference in sound is hardly noticeable. ![]() ![]() He went on to point out that even Tipo A Mano reeds are only as good as the tuner that inserts them. After going to see my accordion/melodeon tuner today i inquired about swapping my lower reed block for a middle reed block for my accordion (Castagnari Kriss III) and i asked him what he thought of the quality of the TAM reeds that where in it. ![]()
